ii) To provide legal aid to poor and needy persons.

iii) To inculcate the habit among the citizens of India, within his/her
territorial area, to be truthful and prompt in meeting legal
obligations to pay Income and other Taxes to the government
in timely manner which will enable the government to increase
the welfare measures to citizens viz., providing free medical
aid, education and other essential and basic services;
iv) To promote the practice of “giving”, fund-raising programs and
campaigns, presentations and such other actions that lead to
creating a feeling in individuals, corporate, organizations and
the public at large, that it is a matter of great pride to “give” for
a good social cause and other voluntary programs as per the
requirements of Citizen Force, within his/her territorial area.

Sitting Fee, Honorarium,
Reimbursement of Expenses
& Other Assistances

A sitting fee of Rs. 1,000/- per sitting of executive council meeting will be
paid to each councilor. A suitable non-obligatory honorarium, (in addition
to reimbursement of travelling and other reasonable out of pocket
expenses incurred in connection with the activities of Citizen Force), may
be paid to Primary Volunteers commensurate with the services provided
by them, which may range from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- p.m.

The Primary Volunteers of this Council, at the discretion of Citizen Force,
may be provided training through Continuing Legal Education in any
branch of Law in which they are interested. Subject to infrastructure of
Citizen Force, apart from the above, suitable coaching/training may be
provided in spoken English, precise writing or for competitive Page 3 of 5
examinations to the councilors & primary volunteers of this Executive
Council in an endeavour to make them perfect in their respective fields.
