Citizen Force welcomes the Celebrities to become Hon'ble Members of Executive Council of Citizen Force
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE MEMBERS OF GOVERNING COUNCILS
The members of Executive Council for Legal Literacy shall have the following requirements and they shall be nominated
through a selection process as prescribed by the Board, from time to time, in consultation with the Hon’ble Chairman of Governing Council, if required. |

a) |
Enrolled as an Advocate under Advocates Act, 1961 on or after 21st June 2011; OR
Possess a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Rights & Duties Education; and |
b) |
Be persons of ability, integrity and possesses a minimum of one-year experience as practicing advocate or in any work
relating human rights & duties education, public affairs or administration; |
c) |
Age less than Thirty years as on 21st June 2021;

d) |
Resident of Visakhapatnam District; |
e) |
Working knowledge in MS Word; and having own laptop or desktop is desirable. |
DISQUALIFICATIONS
A person shall be disqualified for appointment and continuation as member, if he- |
(a) |
Has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for an offence which, in the opinion of the Board, involves moral
turpitude; or |
(b) |
Is an un-discharged insolvent; or
|
(c) |
Is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; or
|
(d) |
Has, in the opinion of the Board, such financial or other interest as is likely to affect
prejudicially the discharge by him of his functions as a member; or |
(e) |
In the opinion of the Board that he has been involved in disturbing feats; or |
(f) |
Hold the office of office bearer of any Trade Union/ NPO/ Trust/ Society or active member of any political party at
any time during the past fifteen years; or |
(g) |
Has such other disqualifications as may be prescribed by the Board from time to time: |

Rider: The Citizen Force may, at its discretion, relax the disqualification in
sub-clause (f) in respect of NPO/Trust/Society on verification of required information with regard to such NPO/Trust/Society to which the
applicant belongs. |
REMUNERATION & REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES
Subject to availability of funds and other statutory limitations applicable to the Citizen Force and prior approval of Board
and as prescribed, |
(1) |
The members of the State and Executive Councils, who are entrusted with specific responsibilities /services
(not being services of a kind which are required to be rendered by volunteers) viz., advise, evaluate, formulate the proposals for implementing
the objects / projects / programs of the Citizen Force and / or to execute such objects / projects / programs are entitled for the payment of
reasonable professional fees and other charges/expenses; |
(2) |
The members of all the Councils including the Chapters are entitled for the reimbursement of reasonable out of pocket
expenses incurred by them in attending the activities of Citizen Force. |
(3) |
No member of any Council shall be appointed to any office under the Citizen Force which is remunerated by salary or
wages. |
(4) |
That nothing in these clauses shall prevent the payment by Citizen Force in good faith of reasonable and proper remuneration and or
reimbursement of expenses to any volunteers of Citizen Force in return for any services (not being services of a kind which are required to be
rendered by volunteers) actually rendered to the Citizen Force. |
