Welcome to Citizen Force. Wherever the term ‘Citizen Force’ is used in this website, it refers to Citizen Force Foundation For Citizens. The word “website” includes its Mobile Version and Mobile App. Please read the following carefully as it is legally binding on you. Your use of the Citizen Force website for any purpose whatsoever means you accept these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the website and as being amended from time to time.

Citizen Force in association with some of its Saviours built the website and it’s App as a Free app. App service is provided by Citizen Force at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

At Citizen Force we are committed to protecting your privacy online. We protect any personal information you give us while you use our websites except to the extent under Blood Donors page, where name and contact number will only be made available to the authorized hospitals. If any blood donors receive any unnecessary calls from any person by using any such data, they may note the number and/or source from which it is coming and inform us. Any persons connected with or related to telemarketing organizations, in any way, are strictly prohibited to use the information provided in Blood Donors Area as this Area shall be used only in emergency cases. Hospitals and individuals who are in emergency for blood are only authorized to contact the blood donors.

The voluntary services of Citizen Force depend on the strength of Saviours available in the operational area and the cooperation of various statutory authorities and Citizens. The services provided by the Citizen Force or its Saviours are voluntary services without any promise of compulsory providing any service/reimbursements of expenses etc., whatsoever and by whatever name called. Citizen Force is in the process of uniting all the similar organizations and statutory authorities. Most of the services like identifying the location of the help seeker, locating through the aids of modern technology like GPS, Mobile location identification etc., may require the statutory approvals of concerned authorities including the availability of required technology and cooperation of mobile and internet service providers and the Citizen Force is in the process of equipping with the same.

This requires lots of personal and financial support from the Citizens, Industry and others and above all, the success of Citizen Force depends on the cooperation of Citizens. The territorial areas in which the services, referred to in this website, of citizen force are in operation will be published in this website from time to time as the registration of Saviours progresses. Citizen Force is not a Statutory Authority or a Government Organization but a Private Charitable Organization committed for Citizens and National Security.

We Make Public Our Policy On Refund And Cancellation Of Donations Received For The Social Cause On Payment Gateway As Under:-

No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers.

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded.

You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non exclusive license to use your content on the website, and for other uses as we require in any and all media.
